Party of Five
I have to admit, booking a session with five children can make one sweat, just a bit. Having four children of my own, I know what a daunting task it is just trying to get them to even look at the camera sometimes. But this family was such much fun to photograph, they made the session a breeze. The four boys were so great. They had a ball on our new tire swing, exploring our pasture and splashing in the water. The baby of the bunch, the only girl, was a bit shy at first, but once we broke out the bubbles, she came to life.
Thank you Amelia for allowing me to photograph your fun loving beautiful family. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.
Season Finale
I wrapped up my last session of my first year in business just over a week ago. I feel so blessed by all the families who allowed my to capture their families over the past several weeks. I have gotten some really wonderful photographs from all of my sessions. I can’t wait to revamp my website and add my favorites from these sessions. My last session was no different. I photographed them at their house and was able to get some really great pictures. Thank you so much Jane for allowing me to capture your family. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

All in the family
This was my third year photographing this family for their annual family photographs. I feel so flattered that they have continued to ask me to do their sessions. They are such a wonderful family. Here is a small sneak peek for you Sharon. I promise, I have more for you.

Sharon’s brother and sister-in-law joined the session this year for a group photo. They were such a awesome couple and their daughter is adorable. I included a sneak peek of some of their photos as well. Thank you Bryan and Stephanie.

Love Triangle
This weekend I had the privilege to photograph another photographer, her husband and her beautiful baby girl. Heather and I met almost three years ago in Newton, KS at the Kansas Professional Photographers school. She has become a very dear friend since then. She has also been great at encouraging me along my photographic journey.
We had such a great time during the session. Heather and Jon are so great together and their love for each other and their daughter made photographing them so easy. I was so flattered that Heather asked me to do their session. Thank you Heather. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.

Sneak peek week, part two
With another wonderful weekend full of sessions, I’m running just a tad behind on my blogging and my editing.
Earlier in my blog I mentioned how great my friend Gwen is. I met Gwen several years ago when our oldest boys were together in kindergarten. Not only has Gwen been a great spiritual friend, she has also been so awesome encouraging me with my photography aspirations. Gwen has allowed me to photograph her family for several years. Along the way, it has been a learning process for me, but, I’m so grateful to her for her encouragement and her faith in me.
A+ for this family
Sneak Peek Week
With three sessions this past weekend, there’ll be lots to blog about. Even with the cold temperatures and blustery winds, I had a such a wonderful time at each session.
Friday’s family was my first referral and the first sneak peek. I absolutely loved this family! I seriously could of kidnapped all four kids and brought them home. The whole family made my job too easy. They were so comfortable in front of the camera and all so good looking

Thank you Suzanne for allowing me to photograph your family. I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.
